Almost nothing is worse than not being able to find some relief from a sinus cold or seasonal allergies. Something hat I have found to considerably help is utilizing decongesting herbs to help you breath easy again.
This blend of herbs can be used as a bath soak or a decongesting steam. Made with herbs that provide sinus relief and promote relaxation.

Ingredients:
All natural Epsom salts, all natural Dead Sea salt, Organic Thyme, Organic Rosemary, Organic Lavender, Organic Eucalyptus, Organic Peppermint leaf
How to Use:
For a bath: Hang muslin tub tea bag over bath nozzle and let warm bath water run through the bag as your bath fills. Bag can then be placed into the tub. Soak, relax and breath.
For a decongesting steam: Boil a pot of water on the stove. Place 1-2 tbsp (contents of tub tea bag) into a bowl and pour the hot water over the loose herbs, cover the bowl and let steep 5-10 minutes. Sit with a towel over your head (tent), close your eyes and carefully hold your face 5-10 inches from the bowl - breathing in the herbal, steamy goodness. Breath in the steam for 10 minutes at a time, taking breaks when needed.
