Got your noggin knockin'? This tea is a tasty blend of herbs that will help support the body in relieving a headache, easing tension and relaxing. Be sure to sit and breathe in the steam from your cup as you sip on your tasty beverage to take full advantage of the headache releiving properties of these herbs.

Headache Tip: Make a basil facial steam to aid in headache relief. Add a tablespoon of dried basil leaf to 2 cups of boiling water. Cover your head with a towel and carefully lean over the pot for 5-10 minutes.
Ingredients:
Organic Basil Leaf, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lavender
Brewing Instructions:
Steep 1-2 tbsp in 8 ounces (a mug full) of water. Let steep 10-15 minutes. Add sweetener of choice. Relax & Enjoy.
Comes with a reusable muslin tea bag.
Making a Quart: In a glass quart jar, pour boiling water over 4 tbsp of the tea blend. Steep 30-40 minutes. Add sweetener of choice. Relax and enjoy many cups throughout the day.
