Organic Linden, Organic Chamomile, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Lavender
Brewing Instructions:
Steep 1 tbsp in 8 ounces (a mug full) of water. Cover and let steep 10-15 minutes. Add sweetener of choice. Relax & Enjoy. Inhale the aromas of the herbal steam for added benefits.
